The development of the sensory garden has been carried out over the past 2 years in cooperation with the Estonian Chamber of Disabled People Foundation, Estonian Caregivers Association, Kuusalu Caregivers Association, Haraka Home Foundation, Türi Coping School, and the Sensory Garden NGO.
The project has been led by psychologist Tõnu Otsa and many other specialists. The sensory garden development has been funded by PRIA.
The development and creation of the Clean Water Theme Park has been ongoing since 2010, involving disabled people, environmental organizations, and MTÜ Ökokratt.
